A final clean, a signed checklist, and support for any adjustments once the job is handed over.

How long does the work take?
A typical renovation takes two to three months. The timeline is set in the quote and we treat it as a commitment. It only moves if the scope changes, and you approve any change before we carry it out.
What does the labor cost?
It depends on the standard of the work and on the materials you choose. There's an old line we stand by: good and cheap won't be fast, good and fast won't be cheap, and fast and cheap won't be good. So we look at each job before we put a price on it. We don't work from a fixed price list.
Do you provide quotes with no obligation?
Yes. The site visit and the quote cost you nothing, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.
Do you work in other cities?
We serve Navegantes and 18 more cities along the coast and the Itajaí Valley, with no travel fee. Beyond that region, we look at each request case by case.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed along with the quote, according to the scope of the work.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. We cover any execution or finish defect identified after handover.
